Wonderful Hotel Experience
amazing location great pools modern facilities
The location is amazing, right by the beach. Pools are great, very modern facilities I think. All inclusive are so good, I was happy with my choice of food and drinks every day. The staff are friendly, I was happy with everything.
The check-in at reception are slow, not so great for people with walking issues as there are a lot of steps around. The lifts help though.

Breakfast was excellent, they had plenty of choice and apartment was always clean. The temperature of the pool was good, I like the cleanness. The view from the hotel was also great.

I like the location close to the strip, the restaurants and the beach. The kids pool and normal pool were good size with lifeguard. There are also plenty of room for swimming, I think.

mixed feelings about my stay
worn furniture unresponsive staff
the hotel's location proved convenient. it was close to various amenities.
our room wasn't great. the furniture seemed old, and the general condition was quite worn, it was not what i expected based on the price i paid.. the staff didn't seem very responsive to our concerns, and we felt ignored after pointing out the issues. also, we found the breakfast area overcrowded. it was hard to find a seat at times.

great location helpful staff good size
The location was great close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I enjoyed the pools. They were a good size with plenty of space for swimming.

Wonderful stay near the beach
excellent location quiet apartment great variety helpful staff
The location is excellent. The beach is just across the road. I found the apartment very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast offered a great variety of foods. Everything imaginable was available. I appreciated the helpful staff.
I had some difficulty locating napkins. They were not readily available near the fruit juice.

The breakfast buffet has many fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, breads, meats, and cheeses. Cooked options include bacon, sausages, and eggs. Freshly cooked crepes are also available. Dinner offered different choices each night.

All the staff provide excellent service at reception, the bar, and the restaurant. Cleaners come every two days and provide fresh towels. Staff members are very helpful, and they respond promptly to requests.

The location is fantastic. Everything is very close to the hotel. The hotel is across the road from the beach, a convenient setup. The area is quiet, so guests enjoy a peaceful experience.

The hotel has spacious apartments. There are lovely pools and a gym available . The rooftop area features a nice glass pool, a unique amenity.
